Exchanges & returns:

Any item(s) purchased on the website can be returned, or exchanged (subject to availability), in case it was received damaged or if the item received was not as ordered, within 3 days of receiving the item.
Returned items must be in their original packaging with original stickers and in the same condition as the purchase.

After we receive the returned item from you and deem it in condition as was purchased, we shall send an exchange (subject to availability) of the same value, or in the case of a refund, refund the cost of the purchased item you paid to us. In case of COD payments, refunds are transferred to, or deposited at, your local bank account (refund amounts cannot be sent in cash via courier companies in compliance with courier company terms and conditions).
Allow 3 to 4 workdays from the date of actual receipt of the returned item(s) for processing
